I took mine down today...I'm not sure whats worse..putting the thing up or taking it down?! I got into a massive fight with the christmas lights, and as a consequence, they are now in one big massive heap of mess. Patience Jodz, Patience!!!

Mine got taken down before christmas thanks to my cat that decided to lay in my tree the whole weekend while i was gone taken care of my mother.
I didn't buy another one cause i knew it would do it the same way so hopefully next year when the cat is grown it will not bother a tree.
But i always kept a tree up (Before i got that cat) until the 2nd day of January.

We just dismantled mine today, 12/27/07.
I have allergies, so we can't have real trees. The last time we tried this, I touched the tree because it was so pretty and my hands swelled to the size of CATCHER'S MITTS!

For as long as I can keep it green and fresh smelling,the lights are so much like the stars who fill my heart ,I will say around one more month.
