My husband and i have been trying to concieve for a couple of months now..
On Nov. 20th i thought i had my period but it only lated 1 day, and was extremely painful and only a light bleed, then on Dec. 20th i had another period but was vry light in colour and flow, it only lasted about 2 and a half days.
Today when wiping i noticed a pinkish colour to my cervical mucus..
I have been experiencing alot of the early pregnancy symptoms over the last couple of weeks, but haven't done a HPT yet....
Dont know what, if anything this might mean... anyone have any ideas?

havent taken a HPT yet as i am unsure if its just some weird hormonal changes im going through, or that they could be pregnancy symptoms......... but i will be taking one ASAP :)

Yes, it's possible that this could be related to pregnancy but sometimes spotting can also indicate infection. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
