Out of the many things that constitute to a no ball, one of them is that if the bowler's foot is over the line, it's a no ball.
But if the bowler's foot is ON the line, is it still a no ball?

If the bowler's foot is on the line, it is not a NO BALL. Please check the following link, which illustrates the no Ball actions.

A part of the foot must be behind the crease, as the back of the crease is where you rule for run outs the same applies for no balls.

EDIT: To all those who say if the foot is on the line it is not a no ball you are wrong, Vakayil K the site you used as a reference clearly states and shows what is and isn't a no ball and the picture with the foot on the line clearly states "This is a no ball as none of the foot is behind the crease" it also goes on to sat "Unlike some other sports, touching the line does not count" so in conclusion those who answered like myself stating that part of the foot must be "behind" the line are correct, the others may want to check the link Vakayil K has on his answer.

If the back foot is only a millimeter on the line it's still a good ball.

If the foot is more than 75% outside the line , it's no ball. Sometimes some unjustice may happen from the umpire.
