which is the best and what is the difference between them.. i'm very confused about these specifications, b'cos am not that much techy person...

the lower the latency's the better the ram is.

3-3-3-10 is better than 5-5-5-18

It looks like you have ddr2-800 RAM w/ 5-5-5-18 default timings. If you will use it in a motherboard that supports ddr2-800 RAM, then run it at 800mHz. The 3-3-3-10 timings would usually be set when your motherboard only supports ddr2-4000 pr PC2-3200 RAM. Timings may be tight and look attractive but effective speed is just 400mHz.

lower are better.
reason is simple, running 5 second is more faster than 10 second
