I do not think it is wrong to force him to stop using drugs. However, if he does not admit that he needs help and asks for it...well, you will have to force him for the rest of his life.

I think you could "force" him and do your very best so he can snap out of it and understand that he is in trouble and that he needs help. After that, the bulk of the burden is on him.

no because if it is a harmful chemical drug then yea u know its for him
well it seems like a hard position but try to see it from hes view and then u would have a clearer way to actually talk about it, about how he views the drug and then use that in a way to make him realise by himself to stop or get help
also it shouldnt be or sound like an attack cause all ull get is like resentment and stuborness from him cause he'll can feel that it just all against him...and stuff just try to relate to him show genuine concern

Being your brother you are more then concerned. What ever it will take do it for him.The drugs will more then likely kill him if you do not intervene.I wish you all the best with your brother. His mind would not be thinking clearly as to making the right decisions for his own well being.

yes, it's wrong, because he has to take that decision. you could help him by making him accepting that he has a problem. send him to a doctor and try help him out, but don't force him...
