You might check with a lawyer because I haven't gone through the work of suing, but I assume there's a process if you know what to do. The school would probably be easy to sue because you know the entity (the school) so it's easy to give an address and identify the school as the defendant.
But what should you really do? Maybe think more about how to solve the actual problems. If you tried to commit suicide, doesn't that mean you behaved like they did and in hurting someone (yourself) without justification? That's something NOT to do. And what did you tell the school? Everything that you told us? Even that's not enough because you need to identify people with names and say what exactly they did.
So what to do: (1) Start treating yourself well. Realize you cannot solve every problem every time because others are involved and just work out your own actions the best you can. Work on finding a way not to get disturbed more than helps you file reports or respond appropriately. (2) Inform the school (perhaps in writing) about who did what and what you think should be done about it. Make it formal, no bad language and no personal insults, just what happened and what you think would help for them to do and perhaps why. (3) Consider working out going to another school because of the circumstances.
There aren't always easy answers but work on yourself. They will have to live with what they do. You will have to live with what you do.
Enjoy the 2 weeks away from the problem school.

It would be hard to make a case for cyber bullying given the fact that you started it. You would likely have to prove that this was a case of ongoing and repeated harassment or discrimination over an extended period of time.

You can sue, but can't win. You suffered no loss/damage from the bullying. The psychiatric visit, ticket, etc, were caused by your reaction to the bullying...not by the bullying itself.

Yes, you can, and with the proper evidence, you can win. Also, ignore what pit said, he's probably a bully himself. No life loser.

Can't you contact myspace and draw this page to their attention? What they are doing is horrible, speak to your parents and try to get an appointment with the head teacher to discuss this and maybe the situation can be resolved without resorting to litigation

You can't sue the school , because they have nothing to do with a Myspace page.
You have to talk to an attorney and not a bunch of strangers .

hold on to all the evidence of the bullying and call the cops...you can press charges for harassment...as for a lawsuit, check with a lawyer.
