Day one is the first day of proper flow. If you have a few spots in the days leading up to your period this does not count. Wait till you see it turning red. You will know if it's spotting or flowing when you see it.

Don't worry too much about taking clomid on the wrong day. You can take it anytime from day 2 without doing any harm. Generally, the day you are told to start can be anything from day 2 to day 5. The earlier in the cycle you start, the more effective it is, apparently.

Best of luck.

Should be the first day of bleeding...not a heavy day. The start of any bleeding is a sign that the cycle is starting.

day one of your cycle is the day your start bleeding regardless of how heavy or light it is.

If that is today then start clomid in two days time.
