yes can walk.. actually it is acrylic fiber made which looks like glass and not really of glassware ...you can get one in china.

I think I've seen one before, so I'm pretty sure you can. It's probably either reinforced or just looks like glass but isn't glass...but anyway I bet it'll be uncomfortable as hell.

Depending on the thickness. Yes, you could wear them just fine if it was as thick as a leather high heel. They would chip a lot, I am sure.

i dont know but if they did make them they would be so uncomfortable and i would be terrified to walk in them, imagine if they broke and a huge piece of glass stabbed the sole of your foot!
