I don't wear contacts or anything to irritate them? Any help out there? Also now dryness or pain with them

I read in a book that visual problems during pregnancy may be caused by retention of fluid. See your doctor or possibly an optician about what you can do to ease the discomfort. Maybe some clear eyes drops will relieve it and I can't see why it would be bad in pregnancy.

good luck. ask your pharmacist about clear eyes or visine revive (both regular eye drops for blood shot or sore eyes)

Try using "clear eyes" eye drops but before you buy it read all the drug facts on the back of the box. Or you can also splash your face with cold water, and use an ice cold washcloth sapressed over your eye while you lay down.
