What do you say when someone says, "Were perfect" or I',m perfect" How do you feel?

My response varies on how well I know (and like) the speaker, but it is usually something along the lines of "Well, don't WE have a rich fantasy life!", or "Let me guess...you forgot to take your meds again!"
Something like that.

i would say: no one's perfect you freaking robots!
it sounds mean, but they probably need a reality check or something
