i do. but i cant quit. what do you do to rid yourself of the stench? i wash my hands or lotion after every smoke....

i used to but never alot
and the smell i would like it at the time
but afterwards hate the way its stuck on u
especially the hands
i would get up from my bed to wash em if i forgot cause i couldnt sleep from the smell

well i was smoking. started at 16... make it 4 months that i hadn't touched that.... you got to have the will to stop it.
it's not by decreasing dat you'd stop
