Ask someone who knows how to use Telnet. I used to be great with it but forgot how to work it. Actually I think I just used it to mess with my friends' computer as a prank.

You woudl need a Key Tracker, I dont know, But i think those are illegal, And Definately WRONG, I wouldnt suddgets using it.

it was DOSKEY but now-a-days no need to use this command simply use up and down arrow keys to scroll previously used commands. but if you want to use DOSKEY command in XP you can read info at following link.
