Ever watch Ghost Hunters on SciFi?
There is sometimes a logical scientific explanation.
Electrical wiring can create this effect, it's something to do with the electrical interference and the scientific folks can probably tell you what it's called.
Electromagnetic interference, maybe?
Check it out with a meter and see if you are getting any readings or you can also try to see if there is a local paranormal organization in your town or state who would consider helping you find the cause.
Best wishes!

Just know you are okay. Some people do not like to be alone and they feel uneasy when alone.
Nothing you have said suggest anything but a fear of being alone. Now if a full body apparition appears and says something then that is another story and if so just talk to it.

there are alot of scientific things that can cause what you are experiencing a high electro-magnetic field can cause feelings like you describe I would look around your house check to see if you have alot of electronics centralized in one area also if you live under major power lines can cause this also to attach this to the paranormal is alittle premature a good investigator will need to know if other things are happening in your home I hope this helps

It's common for a person to feel uncomfortable when alone. It's a security thing. Since your number one instinct is to remain alive, it's not unusual to be uneasy in an environment in which you don't feel 100% safe. It can be a legitimate concern in certain cirucumstances, or this feeling can be self-induced.

i had that happen one time.. was alone in my room, i was thinking of ghosts and stuff, and suddenly the fluorescent lights went out, and i had this tingling "oh ****!" sensation crawling up my spine.
i turned the lights back on and whew. i wasn't sure if it was a brownout or what, but it was freakin scary.

Don't worry. It's just me, hiding in your room, watching you when you undress ...
But really, I'm completely harmless. Just horny. That's all. Hope you don't mind.
