I'm 23, and I just found out I was 6-7 weeks pregnant! I was really happy. I took the test after feeling ill every single day for a few weeks.. Then 3 days ago, Xmas eve, I hit my stomach pretty hard, by tripping and falling into a computer chair.. It wasnt nearly as hard as a punch or anything, but it really freaked me out. I'm worried to death, because the day after I wasnt as nauseated as I usually am, and today either.
Will my baby be okay?? Would symptoms just stop THIS soon or am I having a small break from them? I'm really scared and worried, and I feel like a clumsy idiot. In a previously pregnant womans opinion, or someone very knowledgeable in this field, pleasee tell me if I should be worried. My mom told me theyre tough little buggers, but I didnt tell her what happened.

At 7 weeks, your baby isn't too much bigger than a grain of rice, and your uterus is still tucked safely down low in your pelvis - it isn't even in your abdomen yet, so your fall didn't even touch your uterus at this point, just your belly.
If you aren't bleeding or cramping, you're fine. I wouldn't worry about it one bit. It takes FAR worse of a traumatic blow to the belly to cause miscarriage.
Your change in symptoms is just coincidence. You aren't going to feel the same way every single day. Morning sickness can definitely come and go. Some women never have it.
Don't worry a bit. You'll be going to the doc in upcoming weeks and they will surely find the heartbeat soon, which will reassure you.
Good luck.

If you're not having abdominal cramping and you are not spotting or bleeding then everything is probably totally fine. Your mum is right about them being tough buggers. They are also surrounded by the amniotic fluid which is a great cushion for all the jolting we give them.
As for not feeling as sick, I had days where I would feel great only to be feeling totally crap again the whole next week. So I think it is coincidental.
Stop stressing, keep relaxed and things will be fine. I have spent the last 6 weeks absolutely terrified that something is wrong with my baby but at my ultrasound today I saw a perfectly formed, healthy, 12week old baby!
Best of luck and congratulations on the baby. Enjoy your pregnancy!

Your baby is very small right now and is protected by the best padding nature can give. It's in your uterus which is a strong muscle itself plus it is surrounded by water. It is not uncommon for a pregnant woman to fall or bump into things. If you are not bleeding or having any cramps I wouldn't worry too much. I fell down the steps at 30 weeks and my baby is just fine.
It's normal for symptoms to come and go. If your doctor's appointment is close, just mention it then. If you feel like you need to be checked out, you can always go to labor and delivery or ER or call the doctor.
I am sure it is ok though.

Babies are tougher than you think. They are well protected by the amniotic sac as any doctor will tell you. See your doctor if you need to ease your mind but you need not worry so early in your pregnancy.
My source: my doctor after I was in a car accident when I was about 7 months along.

I wouldn't worry if you are not bleeding or cramping. There is a LOT of cushion for the little one, especially this early on. The lack of nausea is probably just a coincidence. Not everyone gets and stays sick for long.
Doctors have heard it all! If you are really worried, give them a call. That's what they are there for.

The baby is fine. You may be a bit bruised, but the baby is well-protected! You can stop worrying about the baby.

dont worry, its highly unlikely you have done any serious damage, the embryo is very firmly implanted by now, and a knock to the stomach(unless it is very severe is ) will not cause major harm. but it would be a good idea to see your obstetrician if only to put your mind at rest. take care.

You didn't say you were bleeding. If you were then you should be worried. I think you are fine. When women are pregnant we freak out about everything.
