I would rather trade the experience in facing the situations in life that brought with it the sorrow. The experience that you gain shall create an immunity against the sorrow.

Peace....
My friend...
Peace.

After thinking for a moment....
I have to say..
I would not trade my sorrows...
This year has been sorrowful for me in that I lost my best friend...
My Grams...
If I were to give up the sorrow I would also give up the unconditional love she gave me all my life....and that is way too high a price to pay....
I believe the more it hurts the greater it was....
So, I will keep my sorrows and incorporate them into who I am....
Much deeper question once I stopped and thought....
Peace.

as in good effect or bad? Nothing.

Sorrows, no matter the weight carry too much knowledge. Remember that although they may burden you eternally, you will never truly learn without sorrows. It is another cornerstone of a great circle of knowledge, and without it, you create a domino effect, but maybe I will indulge on the subject another time.

nothing i wont trade it with anything, for i wont be the me that i have now if i was not able to feel and experience those sorrows that i had in the past...i learned a lot of lessons from that and now i know what to do and what to act if there would be another blow of sorrows in my path again

I think I have to say nothing!!

It sounds GREAT but I think my sorrows are learning experiences and without them, I would not be who I am today!

I like who I am - so I guess I need to keep my sorrows!!!

Honestly, I wouldn't trade them at all...they are mine 'Boots and All'..I don't have many sorrows in my life, so I am blessed in that way, but they are my Life's Lessons and I'd rather Overcome them than Trade them...
