Neither YA nor anybody on it can affect my tolerance, i have the higest tolerance rate you ll ever see. I can receive many thoughts, ideas and opinions but alhamdulelah i have the brains and character to choose what suits me and what not, not to force my own convictions on others and at the same time not let them force their's on me.

The best thing is never to judge people coz that is Allah's swt job not ours, i just choose their good and discard their bad. This has made me really appreciate people more.

@ Zoser: you are a great contributor to this section and i appreciate that you try to make all of us more open to other thoughts, ideas and information. Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately (perhaps), I am still intolerant of ignorance and, more than that, the inability or unwillingness of some otherwise-decent folks to accept - or at least consider - a different spin on things, a new perspective (new to them) because it doesn't fit their narrow-mindedness.

I've met a lot of intelligent and funny people on this website, and my only problem with YA is being suspended on a regular basis for my sometimes-atrocious opinions.

a very good question: Actually I was In YA in different sections before I found Egypt section by a pure chance, I was shocked when i went through Questions and answers in this section,,I could understand that some few Egyptians are brain washed, some do not want to know, some like just to oppose for the sake of being an opposition , some have Histrionic personality disorder but what really irritated me this guy who is not an Egyptian, speaks on the tongue of the Egyptians when i read his answers i feel like watching a black and white movie about the kof'ar,,, he even uses terms do not blink in any Egyptian mind, and lately he posted an answer which is considered a crime by all means locally and internationally with a threat tone,,, his own words..(ll try and chase as many tourists away as I can...).. I am very surprised for different reasons: In the world there are 193 states with general international recognition, why he choose Egypt to spread his poisoned Ideas ,,the only reason I can think of either the organization which hired him deployed him to Egypt,,He choose it as it is a rich field to spread his extreme Ideas due to the lots of problem it faces , or he just needs to have Risperidone (treatment for schizophrenia) ... weRabenah Yashfi
What he states as I mentioned is a crime , I wonder why he is left to spread them and wander from a country to a country, is he serving a purpose, for someone? Is he using a counter psychology to irritate people of Islam?or (lyesah 3la al mareed harag ,Eng...we can not judge sick people) I do not really know, but his answers make me laugh and In away feel the importance of Egypt , that someone is trying to nail from it ..... anyway his ideas are not accepted by the majority judging the number of thumbs down he gets for his answers.......

@Gigi: Of course you mean me by that, : i thought the Egyptians respect the older, with out the need to agree with them, (although facts are everywhere with a click in any search engine),,but Ya 7'sarah another Egyptian character disappeared , ,,, not only due to the families which raised but also because the only way to get culture is alanbi ,Bohah, 7a7ah wetofa7ah and Talat zakaria....
@Gigi; well ,I still love you, it is not your fault to act like that. lots of factors are involved, one of them is to protect your ID by denials , so I can not blame you, i will just say to myself Aldarb fel me'at haram (English : we do not kick a dead person,,,,sorry),,,,, not going to add anymore..And here is a thumb up, dear lol.

No to be really honest it has had the opposite effect.
It often leaves me feeling frustrated and annoyed because to really say what I mean and get my point across to some "thickheads"I would have to put myself in jeopardy of being suspended.

tell me about it! lol
I've never met so much different and versatile personalities in my life...completely different backgrounds, that's why i had a rough start..but gradually i started to be more tolerant..because u can not change somebody's mind about sth he/she's convinced with it for years....
i try to explain my point,if they are convinced, that's cool,if not,it's ok,everybody has the right to believe in what they want...

It hasn't changed me a bit.

It's changed a few Christians and Muslims I have seen disgard their beliefs and embrace free-thought. I've seen that happen.
