My NBA Fantasy team:
Leandro Barbosa
Andre Iguodala
Vince Carter
Kevin Garnett
Mike Miller
Gerald Wallace
Jose Calderon
Travis Outlaw
Antonio McDyess
Nazr Mohammed
Wally Szczerbiak
Rate my team?
I know I need another PG but I need to get it from free agency. I don't want to break this team up. I jus need a quality PG. I want to pick up T.J. Ford but he is hurt and I don't know when he is coming back.
Should I pick up T.J. Ford?
Can I win with this team?
What yall think?

As far as this team goes, it's an OK team, but there are a lot of holes in it. Some of these players turn the ball over too much and hit only 70-75% of their free throws, leaving valuable points on the table when close games are decided. I would keep Kevin Garnett and Gerald Wallace for now. Andre Iguodala and Vince Carter are not that bad, either. The rest are very iffy or below iffy, the worst being Nazr Mohammed, who averages only 4.6 rebounds per game*...not very good for a center. You can do better than that!!! There is no way this group will get you anywhere in the fantasy leagues. If you're shopping for a point guard (and IF they're available), get either Steve Nash (the Phoenix Suns would be weak without him), Chauncey Billups (clutch shooter and reliable on free throws), or--as a last resort--Jason Kidd (the best "iffy" point guard currently). This team gets a 3.5. Oh, yeah...don't even THINK about picking up T.J. Ford--the injured neck will hinder him greatly.

LB is a plus
AI is a plus
VC is a plus
KG is a plus
Mike Miller is iffy
Gerald Wallace is a plus
Jose Calderon is iffy
Travis Outlaw is minus
Antonio McDyess is plus
Nazr Muhammed is a minus
Wally Szczerbiak is above iffy but not plus
i think you have good guards and small forwards, but tuly lack the big men, except KG and McDyess. if i were you look and see if andrew bynum is a free agent and pick him up. I would go and sign Ford, I had him last year and he did get injured but he scored tons of points and assists. give him a try. if i were you i would go and trade a guard for a big man. look at tyson chandler, bynum, yao ming, dwight howard, marcus camby.
to be completely honest i dont think this is a winning team. maby 2 or 3 but no first place.

FG is excellent
FT should be fine as well
PT is okay
3PT is excellent
RBN is low (KG is just not himself)
AST is low
STL is excellent
BLK is okay
TO is okay
Overall: 7 of 10.
You are correct to consider PG but as mentioned by many people, avoid T.J.
You can consider: Earl Watson, Rondo or even Knight. These will strengthen your Assist and Steal.
You also need to get one center who can rebound and block.
Nick Collison & Joel Przybilla are good candidates. You can consider Wilcox as well.
At this point of time, you can consider to improve your team with trades with other teams not only from free agency. KG is a good bait. I just feel that his stats and playing time will remain like now hence not so attractive but many people like him hence there will be people who is willing to trade for him. You should get someone who can improve your stats in return.
All the best.

Getting TJ won't make your team a better one.I think that leandro is good for your team.Besides you should get another C if you plan to make this team look better.Nazr is not a very reliable center

You should also put up where you stand in the individual categories in your standings. And forget about Ford, his future is up in the air, he might even retire. I think this was something like his 5th or 6th neck/head injury since college. How is your FG%, and turnovers with that team?
