I hav a job offer for the post of ENT Specialist from University Teaching hospital,Abuja,Nigeria. Is it fake?

Most probably, it may not be fake. You can visit official site of Nigeria and confirm from there, do not pay any money if they ask to deposit. Then apply for work visa, they will also check whether the University is fake or not.

If they're asking for money or personal information, yes. Really, I'd just assume that it's fake in any case.
