I got a Macbook for xmas and trying it out entered my name, etc to get it to set-up so I could try it out. However, I have decided that I don't really like it, and now want to return it to the store. How can I delete my name and reset to "out of the box" settings. OR will the store take it back as is and have their computer techs reset to original and delete my info. It was bought at the Future Shop.I need this quick since I only have until Jan 3 to return.

I realize ti is a good computer but it only has a 13.3" screen and I want something bigger. Plus I think it cost way too much...for something I am not happy with...not worth keeping.

If not, call Apple tech support, they will help you for free (within 90 days of purchase).

Probably they take it back. I would keep it if I was you. Mac book is very good. You can always try to reinstall the system.
