yes, i have felt that way before. it usually happens because you have so much going on in your life, and most of it seems to be bad stuff, or it can actually come from loneliness in your life.
things that can help............
take some time just for you, go shopping, get a hair cut, (sometimes making a change helps) get involved with your community.
maybe talk to someone close to you or sometimes even a stranger can listen and help.
whatever the reason for you to feel this way, will get better.
could also be too much stress. hoildays will do this to some people.
if all else fails...........there is meds that your doctor can perscribe to help you out.
good luck, hope i helped you out

We all have those times, but try to remember that every bad time you've ever been through before has eventually passed. Sometimes it takes longer, but a lot of times it is just you changing, not the people or the things around you.

Sometimes it does, and I'm lying under all this rubble praying that I can get up again and then my Savior, Jesus Christ, reaches into the rubble, pulls me out, dusts me off and holds me in His loving arms. Believe me, life is so much better with Jesus in it. If I didn't have this love and hope, I would definately not be here right now. I'll be praying for you!
