He would have totally condemned Manson. Though he questioned morality and Christianity, it was the "higher morality" that society lays on us he was concerned about, not the "lower morality" of basic rights and wrongs such as killing people for the fun of it. Nietzsche was a believer in life and moral structure, not moral chaos and death. If you don't believe this, you haven't read and understood him.

He would have hated him. Nietzsche was not a nazi nor did he condone mass murder.

(PS - for the record Manson showed spiritual weakness not strength)
