Sounds like a funny question. Since young i read from many sources that sex is essential to the average person, regardless of race, religion, culture, level of education, etc. Maybe he comes from a virtuous family with strict upbringing. He is a decent person and doesn't want to have sex for its own sake, until true love is proven. Treat it as a blessing for you as a girl loses much more than guy should love fails.

There are many reasons why.
1. You must get him into the mood of sex, try to get him horny.

You should never stereotype an entire group of people under any circumstance.
And besides, its a well known fact that the Chinese are very sexual people. Take a look at their population and compare it to ours. There are more than a billion of them! Theres something in the water in East Asia that makes everyone wild.
