You could visit your local health department for free or very low cost and then you wouldn't have to discuss with your parents. Or, you could tell your father privately that you need to visit the doctor because of a bloody discharge. Don't be ashamed, please seek help for your condition!

OMG!! I HAVE A DIAGNOSOS OFF OF WEBMD.COM!!
YOU HAVE Hematospermia..here is a breif paragraph about it.So scary, but usually so meaningless...
Blood in the semen, or hematospermia, is a fairly common event that can occur at any point in a man's life. Men are not accustomed to seeing bleeding from any body part or in any secretion. So when blood is present, most men panic.Could it be cancer? Infection? Injury? Will my genitals shrivel up and fall off?" are questions that race through men's minds when they see blood in a place that is not expected.
It can be bright red, clots, speckles, or just brown tinged. The good news is that hematospermia is not rare and is almost always a meaningless finding of no concern.
Usually not associated with any pain or discomfort, blood probably enters the semen from a small blood vessel that tears during ejaculation or even straining with constipation. Sometimes it just happens.
And as fast as it comes on, it can disappear. Other times, blood may linger for days, weeks or even months. If the bleeding is heavy or prolonged, then further evaluation by a urologist is in order. If there is pain or burning, then it is time to see your urologist.
For older men over 45, it is probably a good idea to get a prostate exam and PSA blood test, just to rule out any prostate cancer concerns. The good news is that if and when it occurs, it is not an omen of pending death or spontaneous combustion of your genitals.
This is a very serious issue, I dont know exactly what the case is, but It is not normal! I have a perfect article about it!!!! go here!

i really hope you get better!

Um, I think if you're over 16 you can go without their permission. But if your not tell them you have a private problem that you need to deal with on your own. Unfortunately parents are pathologically nosy though so you probably just have to tell them the truth. Hope they're not too devout and don't approve of you releasing semen (not seamen - they're sailors lol). Good luck with that! =)

Blood in your semen is not an unusual occurrence.
It can indicate a urinary infection.. kidney disease, liver problems... it usually clears itself up within a week from commencement.. so a doctor usually does nothing about it.
However, if you have it recurring.. sounds like you have a recurring urinary tract infection... something you are doing to make it come back. Antibiotics is the normal treatment.
If it lasts more than a week tell your parents you have blood in your urine and think you need to see a doctor... then tell the doctor you "have blood in your seminal fluid... not so much in your urine.. none actually".
Good luck.

Never be afraid to talk with your parents about anything, especially your health. If you can tell everyone here about your health you should be able to tell your parents. They will know what to do and it is their job as parents to take care of you until you are an adult.

If you are vey shy, Just tell to your dad that you have a problem and you need the consultation of a doctor. If you are not that shy then tell your dad that you have some problem in your penis and need to see a doctor.
Please dont keep it for yourself, consultation will help you your shyness will not...

Tell them the truth. How old are you? Please see a doctor right away. If you are truly shy about it, tell them you have been having pains in your lower abdomen or that you got kicked while playing sports and that it still hurts.

Talk to your dad. I know it's embarrassing but you have to do it. He should understand about you masturbating, and at least he can take you to the doctor to get checked out.
