Here are some helpful tips:
Some common symptoms experienced in early pregnancy are:
1 - If you have missed a menstrual period during a month, it may be a sign that you are pregnant. You may then get a pregnancy test to confirm.
2 - Morning sickness - a feeling of nausea and vomiting sensation - and drowsiness, may be the early stages of pregnancy.
3 - Another sign of pregnancy may be increased sensitivity of the breast and nipples. Slight darkening of the areola around the breast nipples may also indicate pregnancy.
4 - You may find small amounts of spotting. These spots are different from the normal menses and can indicate pregnancy.
5 - You may notice that your body temperature may shoot up past the due date of your menstrual cycle. This may be another early pregnancy symptom.
6 - You may also feel a bit of constipation during your early pregnancy period.
These are not the only signs of early pregnancy; rather there are many more signs and symptoms that point towards the possibility of your being pregnant. Enhanced sense of smell, irritation to certain food products like milk, curd etc., fatigue, anxiety, a feeling of depression, burning sensation throughout the body (feeling extremely hot), and changes in complexion are also some of the early signs of pregnancy. All these symptoms vary, depending upon your body type - some women may feel very hungry while there may be others who do not feel like eating anything. The most important thing to remember is to take really great care of yourself (both physically and mentally) from the very beginning so that you give birth to a healthy child.
How can pregnancy be confirmed?
The normal way to test for pregnancy is through a urine test.
This can be done at home using a pregnancy testing kit that can be bought over the counter from your local pharmacy.
A GP or Family Planning Clinic will do a pregnancy test.
How soon can a pregnancy test be done?
A woman can take a pregnancy test just a few days after her missed period.

well, first of all you should verify if you are pregnant.
if you are then i hope you know whos the father of your child, tell him whats goin on even though its kind of wierd because your 13...
let me tell you something if the father is over 18 or 21 (cant really remember which one it is) it is considered a violation by law. i hope this is not the ocassion,
but if it was with one of your age group fellows then you should talk with your parents.
Having a child at your age is really not a mature thing, you dont have a job, you havent finished school, you are 13!!!
i hope that you are not pregnant but still if you think you are then find out, if you are, really talk with your parents its tough i know, but they are the only ones that can help you in this moment..
bye now take care
and go check if you are pregnant,!!!!
if you are then you should also take HIV test i know it sound crazy but you should do it.
i wish you the best
and good luck

The first order of business is to make sure if you're pregnant or not. Take a home pregnancy test (it's normally reliable) or go to a doctor. There is no use for you to be "borrowing trouble" if there is none. But I guess the issue really is if you know the possible consequences of what you are getting into. I'm very sure you are already aware of all the ad campaigns against unsafe sex and early/unplanned pregnancy. But I still think that the first thing to do is to confirm your condition.

Before you make any further miss judgments you need to have a pregnancy test to confirm positive/negative. Home tests can be purchased at supermarkets or the chemist (drug store). You can also take yourself to a women's center for a free test and counseling.
Tell your folks, or a responsible adult who will help you through this, what ever the out come you will need love and support.
Don't try to get the fathers help, if your 13 and sexually active no matter how old he is he's too immature to assist you make decisions that will effect the rest of you life.
If the test comes in negative, I pray for you it does, you need to seek further information on sex education so this doesn't happen again.
Be as Strong as you can and good luck
P.S. Ignore all the self opinionated people who are pushing their view of abortion.

First you need to make sure your pregnant. Buy a pregnancy test or ask someone to get one for you. Then you should tell your parents. If your close with your parents tell them to get the pregnancy test. Don't do anything crazy, please stay calm. Your parents might get mad but it will go away. They will know whats best. Either way your going to have to see a doctor. I suppose you can make an appointment now. If you truly are pregnant then I encourage you to have the baby. If you have an abortion you may regret it deeply later on in life. If you don't want it there are many parents out there that really want to adopt.

Well, ,like millions of other 13 year old moms--get to a doctor. Then prepare for the pregnancy period and then prepare for 18 years of raising your child. Have your parents and the fathers parents get together and discuss how this child's care will be provided--the father needs a job, he needs to find you an apartment--he to save up for all the bills--no one is giving anything away for free. Sorry to bring this up, but depending on where you live, 13 is too young for any sexual activity--the law states that 13 is not able to give consent--so the father may get rape charges---that means JAIL--and rapists in jail are not likely to survive the other convicts. Good luck

First of all you are clearly not mature enough to have sex. If you were you would be using birth control. That said, go to the drug store and get a pregnacy test kit. Girls your age tend to have fluxating periods, so that might be the case. Once you know for sure tell your parents. You clearly need some sort of birth control if you plan to be sexually active. There are some really nasty diseases out there that are either impossible to get rid of or can be deadly. Good Luck to you.

The best thing to do is to take a test to make sure you are or are not pregnant. Use adult permission first, which means, talking to your parents. You will get in big trouble, but it is better than them having to find out the hard way, if you go into labor. Talk to your parents, go see a doctor, do what you need to do. It's the only thing to do in a situation like yours.

DO NOT TELL YOUR PARENTS!
i was in this situation and it turns out i was not pregnant so i felt like and idiot for telling my mum i had sex.
my advice...
get 2-3 pregnancy tests.
if they all come out positive then you are pregnant and should discuss it with the person you slept with and also tell your mother.
if two or all turn out negative you should thank your lucky stars but go to a womens clinic or a GP to be 100%.
did you have protected sex?
just make sure you ARE pregnant before you confront you mother or father.
good luck and I hope the test is negative!
