I remember it have something to do with students and a fraternity and the only thing one guy does in the movie is watching tv searching for some scene and the head of the fraternity have a lot of time living there. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Yeah.. PCU..
One of the characters spends almost the entire movie in front of the TV.. researching his thesis.. (The Gene Hackman/some other actor theory basically meaning that any time of any day you can find a movie with one or the other.. or even both.. I just can't remember who the 2nd was.. James Caan maybe.. )
That is one of my favorite movies..
A great cast.. a funny movie..
