Ooh... That's a tough one!
I think probably Victoria's Secret, because I love love LOVE their makeup and bath & body products, but I can't afford to buy stuff there very often. Plus I would like to think I'll be getting married someday (preferably within the next decade : P), and when I do, I'll need lots of money to satisfy my addiction to lingerie. That stuff is EXPENSIVE!
Btw, I wouldn't complain if you actually did this... :D lol
[edit:] I keep thinking of other stores! If not V.S., I'd want amazon.com, B & N, or Best Buy for books and music, Michael's (the answer above mine reminded me -- I can't ever shop there b/c I lack self-control, but if you gave me $1000, I could finally allow myself to splurge!) for my crafts stuff, orrr Lane Bryant for clothes!!!

Since I don't know you, I'd return the genourosity and buy you $500 dollars worth of stuff from whatever store the girft certificate is from.
And if you didn't want it, I'd keep the karma going and give it to some other stranger.

Mall of Everything!!!
I would like a mall that has everything from all the things that starts with a to the last thing that ands in z. It also has cinemas, hotels and everything! It is so big that you get a free small vehicle that you can ride in the mall (something like a scooter) and you would never get lost!!!
too bad there is no such thing... :((

1000,00 dallors Iwould want it to go to any music store for my gran son and my family. I am an up and com ming musian with all kinds of music From Big Band to Ganster Rap Hip hop and various jazz versions. My granson is going to be great.
