Do you think that looks matter in becoming President?

John Edwards, by far. I'd never vote for him, but he is very good looking.
Yes, I think looks matter. Since women have had the right to vote, it's been men with hair that win (excepting Ike, a war hero, and Dukakis who ran with a woman).
They SHOULDN'T matter, but such are the times.

Obama and I don't think that looks matter all that much, though I don't think a guy that looked like he just run in off the street would win an election! LOL

Well, speaking as a man, I'm not going to say anything. The only one I could comment on is Hilary, and I don't think she's that good looking. The years on her face are showing through, "As a woman"

Hillary is attractive. Looks should not matter. Lincoln was homely, but a good president.

None of them are attractive...and I don't think it really matters what the person looks like. I mean as long as they have good personal hygiene and look professional then it's all good.

Pretty sad that you would consider looks to be a determining factor on who is going to be the next leader of the free world:-( Maybe you could consider their views on taxes, foreign policy, terrorism, to name a few.
If looks were a factor, I vote for Jessica Beil. Who cares what her policy's are, but she does look good!

lets see now...I'm a straight guy so my choices are Hillary Clinton or Hillary Clinton......appearance probably matters but I don't think you have to be handsome or beautiful - just neat and professional
