I need help on this question because i thought the governor could do both A and B but thats not an option... PLEASE HELP

Definitely C

All Governors appoint state judges, and have the power to remove them.

In CA it's A, but it might vary by State. The governor in CA can grant a pardon, but not a reprieve.

im not sure, but its not A, bc the president also has the authority to pardon, so it cant be a bc it says the gov has sole authority. its not B either. and its not C either, the gov is not part of the judicial system. the answer is D.
