Pheasant tongues to the cognac with a side of snail eggs...
-(I didn't know those delicious tiny pieces of meat were pheasant tongues... Quite delicious though... And, that was the only time I eat meat in ten years, and I did so because the meal was made "specially for me"... Yes, I've been vegetarian all my life...)-

live octopus in a Seoul diner.
I also ate some bizarre meatballs in Bangkok. To this day I don't know what kind of animal it was.

I ate frog legs when I was little. I tried whale blubber, moose and caribou when I lived in Alaska. (I recommend you pass if offered whale blubber.)
