Pheasant tongues to the cognac with a side of snail eggs...

-(I didn't know those delicious tiny pieces of meat were pheasant tongues... Quite delicious though... And, that was the only time I eat meat in ten years, and I did so because the meal was made "specially for me"... Yes, I've been vegetarian all my life...)-

I had snake in the city of Wu Yi Shan (sp?) in China.

Frog legs, and eel sushi rolls.....both seem kind of tame in comparison to what I've been reading in the answers above me.

I ate frog legs when I was little. I tried whale blubber, moose and caribou when I lived in Alaska. (I recommend you pass if offered whale blubber.)

Umm I barely eat meat, I'm really picky.
