I have no idea what "you know what" is. I'm guessing it's a phrase invented to tell everyone that the person using it is immature.
Why on earth would you pray that 18 year olds could be sent to jail for 10+ years for having sex with someone a few weeks younger than them? Start focusing on your own life and find out why you are so miserable and cold.

Since you are close in age, I will give the first intelligent answer. I live in Calif. At the age of 17 they are still considered a minor, however at the age of 17, the parents no longer have the right to press charges against you without the teens consent for statutory rape. Be careful, because I said "Without the teens consent" But since you are close in age there would probably never get a judge to convict you unless it was in anyway forcible.

Nope.
The age of consent in CA is 18, and there is no exemption for being "almost there".
If she is 17 and you are 18, it's "Unlawful Sexual Intercourse", and the maximum penalty is a year in jail plus a fine, and registration as a sex offender.

Yeah it's illegal ... but if it it's consensual, it's not like anyone else would need to know.

check your state statutes, they should be online. The laws about "age of consent" and "minors" can be tricky.
