That Moss will be taking Rice's record even though Rice did it in 12 games instead of 16?

Life isn't fair, and he hasn't broken it yet.

yea its not fair but what can you do about it. all we can do is remember rice did it in 12 games with 60 some odd catches. which is incredibly impressive much more impressive than what brady/moss is doing now. if you do the calculations, and expanded rices' year to 16 games, he would have 30 TDs.

I think it's going to have an asterisk beside the stats meaning that it was technically earned, but not "fairly" earned. I don't think Moss would be upset if he got an asterisk beside that stat. That stat should even be changed to best in 12 straight games, until somebody beats that record in a 16 game season (which Moss hasn't done).

Not Randy's fault that a strike happened way back when and kept Jerry from getting more.

Just like it is not the Dolphins fault that they only played 14 games. The Pats feat will be no better than the Dolphins in my mind.

On the same token, Randy will hold the record, if he breaks it...

There is no record for most TD's in 12 games..It is most in a Season.
