here's what I would change your plan to:
3 balloon mollies
2 angelfish
6 black widows
1 dwarf gourami
6 albino cories
I wouldn't keep 3 angelfish because if 2 decide to breed they'll terrorize the third. Don't keep silver dollars with angels either, they're entirely too active and will bug the angels. At least 6 tetras will make for a much more interesting school than 4, you could probably even make it 8 of them. Corydoras catfish are schooling and also do much better in schools of six. A good size for this plan could be a 38 gallon tank because its tall enough to house the angels.

Keeping Angels with the Gourami would lead to a classic smackdown; they would constantly be picking at each other because of their fins... I would suggest dropping the Dwarf Gourami... As somebody else said, keeping 3 Angels together (unless they are definitively sexed: all females) will lead to trouble if they spawn (and all males will be entirely too aggressive). Silver Dollars are schooling fish that are quite active and quite large (6+ inches), so they aren't really acceptable for anything less than a 55 gallon tank... They will stress the Angels and the Black Widow (also called Black Skirt) Tetras. In that size of a tank, there is no reason to only have 4 Black Widows; go with about 7. The same applies to the Cories... they are also shoaling fish, so 5 of them would be best. This would be the stocking I would suggest:
3 FEMALE Angels OR 1 male & 1 female
3 Balloon Mollies
7-9 Black Widow/Skirt Tetras
5 Corydas Catfish
You probably have room for a second shoal of mid or surface-dwelling fish... 7 Cherry/Rosy/Gold/Golden/Checkered Barbs (pick one or two species) or a school of Rasboras would be a nice addition. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

This would be a big enough tank as long as you did regular water changes and changed and (rinsed out) the filter often. The only fish I think might not be the best choice for this combo is the ballon mollies since they might get picked on a bit since they will be slower (I'd chose a swordtail instead but that just my opinion since they are faster and harder if you got those I'd go with 1 male and at least 2 females). If you get Angelfish I'd start of with little babies, also note though that they can be a bit chasy towards other fish at times (not all are like that though, I had one that was sweet as pie). Make sure to have plenty of hidy spots for the fish to seek shelter and plants. Also get a water testing kit so you can keep a eye on the ph, nitrite, ammonia and so of your water all things that are very important to keeping a healthy tank.

I dunno. Seems like an awful lot of fish for such a small tank. I would start small and add to it very gradually considering the stress of the fish (behavior) and the cleanliness of the tank (when you clean it once a week, minimum) as an indicator of how much the tank will bear. As an example, we stuffed 6 clown loaches, a plecostomus, a dozen neon tetras, 1 glass catfish, and about 6 bala sharks all in about a 150 gal tank. I'm sure I'm missing a few others, but no more than a dozen other fish of different types less than one inch a piece. Granted this was also FULL of live plants (cleaning was much easier), but the fish seemed to love it; bright colors, very low mortality rate (even with the neons), very active, and not aggressive to each other. Good luck on your hobby, and do LOTS of research! (don't forget to check if your choices will be aggressive to each other)

Yes just don't buy them all at once add them a few at a time. The only problem you MAY have would be the Angels.. there kinda mean! Buy them when there really small and your success will be better. Infact buy ALL your fish as small as possible, they grow fast and you will be happier. Do a 10% water change once a week and you can keep 12 fish quite easly

Well if the fish is constantly resting that means its tired! Its just normal. Fist will do that. Its either swim around or sleep it cant do many things other than that. I wouldn't worry about it. If one of the fish dies and the other one is still alive their may be just some bacteria but if you have a filter then its o.k. We had guppies once and one died we didn't notice until like 3 days later and nothing happened! If you have a filter your o.k. I wouldn't worry!

No. Omit the silver dollars. They tend to get too big for a 30gal tank. Everything else seems good, although I'd recommend at least 4 cory's since they're like tetras and like to be in schools.

NO!!! Please dont... They will attack eachother unless fed very often. thats 16 fish in a 30 gallon tank. regulations require 1 gallon per inch of fish. If they are all 1 inch long, it will work but they will not grow bigger. they will only grow when the environment allows them to.
