I will be trying very hard not beat the crap out of my neighbor for waking up my preschool age kids. This guy is a real loser, and is always very loud. I fully expect to have to go over and tell him to keep it down.
Yeah, I'm a wet blanket. But I have never got the big attraction with New Years Eve. Just another day to me.

I plan to pick all the purses the pickpockets emptied at the Broadway zipper -from the ground and drop in a mailbox.
Thats what I did at my first new year in NY
....Or I'd just think of it, because meanwhile I grew old and a bit less enthusiastic about a new year.

My husband's family are all congregating in Devon and we'll be joining them.
Not a wild party, but a family get together with food, drink, conversation and some silly games probably.
