i worked at a sushi shop and all i heard was slurping all day. im not bothered much after that.

I can't stand it either, loud chewing of gum with their mouth open or food with mouth open, sounds and looks like they have the manners of an ape. To borrow a great phrase from a answer above:
"yea it drives me nuckin futs!!!!!"

I get like that when I see someone with a Popsicle stick in their mouth. I know it's weird, but it's worse than nails on a chalk board

it doesnt give me chills, it irritates the hell outta me!!!
i will get up and leave the room..heck sometimes my own chewing gets on my nerves lol

UGH, I HATE IT!!! That and when people burp, drives me nuts! And I have a 15 year old brother too...so more of that to me YUCKK!
