1. Tony Parker- when he even crosses half court hes a second away from the lane and a split second from the paint. He is one of the only point guards in NBA history to average above 50% shooting when most of his points come from the paint it shows me that he gets there quick.

nobody said monta ellis, so i will. he is as fast, if not faster than parker, because he can stay step by step with parker. he locked down parker last time the warriors played the spurs.
