True "babies" can be harder to feed, because they require such small crickets. If you're a first-time owner, I'd suggest getting one 6-8 inches long (a juvenile, will still have some growing to do) which can take what most stores carry as "small" crickets. They're still young enough to hand tame if they haven't been handled a lot, but you know they still have a lot of years ahead of them too.

I'd go with what is called a juvenile about 6-8 inches which means they still have growing to do but will be able to eat the "small" crickets most pet stores have. They are young enough to be handled and tamed. I bought my female Bindi as a juvie and she is now about a yr and a half and is very tame. My vet loves to show her off since she loves to be handled. Make sure you do your research and know the proper set up and food sources and care they need.

well it does not matter the age of the bearded dragon because they are always friendly and get tame really quick also the 60 gallon tank will do good for 2 bearded dragons

You should get a juvie, especially with that size the baby will stress out in it.
