All the time when I went roller skating. I am going to answer your 2nd part of your questions with a resounding YES. I find it annoying when people take something pure and innocent and try to attach a double meaning and a meaning that is sexual in content.

I did it at the skating rink with my grand-daughter a few years back. It was a lot of fun but I don't think that's what it's all about.
