well...I have this friend, Drake (real name not used) and he is one year and a few days younger than me, but i really like him. I'm pretty sure he likes me too, and i really want to go to the movies with him. I'm also pretty sure he won't make the first move, because he is kinda shy. The thing is, i don't know how to ask him, and don't say : "will you go to the movies with me?" I need an actual way, please. thanks yall

and say "A bunch of us are going to see ______ Want to come with us?"

First of all, do you talk to him on the phone? If not, that's your first step. Get to know him a little more. This will probably get you two comfortable with eachother. Each day will seem less tense of him being around you and vice versa.
When the time is right, you'll know, just ask him. I know you don't want to hear "will you go to the movies with me?", but you're going to have to face it. That's the only way you can tell him IF you want to be alone with him at the theater. Make a move when the time is right. Like I said. Get comfortable with the guy first.

ask him "Have you heard about (insert movie title here)?" If he says yes start talking about it . Then say "Id like really like to see this movie" if he answer "Me too" then you can suggest "Why don't we go see it together this weekend" he will have to give you an answer and you are more asking him as a friend than on a date. Why not just say "Hey would you like to go to the movies with me"? I don't understand why that would be wrong. It's just a date to the movies, you aren't asking the guy to marry you or something. Just stay casual and breezy about it and have a good time.

Why don't you just ask him casually lol?
When I was 14, I had a major crush on a grade 12, I wrote a love letter to her and everything.
I'm sure he will say yes....Its so obvious.
EDIT-Don't go with friends, its so much better just the 2 of you.
