On my 05 Electra Glide, I just unbolted the clutch lever mount and slid off the old one. On the right side you unbolt the brake lever mount, disconnect the throttle cables and slide it off. Reassemble in the reverse order. BE VERY CARE FULL NOT TO PINCH ANY WIRES WHEN TIGHTENING ANY BOLTS!!! There are a lot of small wires for turn signals, horn, starter and other things that are run through the mounts. Be sure to follow the instructions for properly wiring the new grips. You don't want to cause a fire.

Get your gold card out and let your local dealer do it. Then you can hang out at the shop while they work on it and brag to all the other gold card people how you will now be able to ride when the temp gets below 60 degrees!

Harley offers them, but you can find them cheaper at places like "dennis Kirk" or J&Pcycle" both are online and will send you a free catalog with your order.

You can do it for about $150.00 for a really good set. Cheaper maybe if you look at snowmobile stuff

That's all fine and good, but it might be easier to get heated gloves.
