Mary Kay can not be bought just anywhere. It's only available through a Mary Kay consultant. The product is safe to use and is not sealed within the box that it arrives in. It's very typical to purchase products that are not sealed. MK products are 100% guaranteed if you are to experience problems. Talk to your consultant that you purchased it from.

Offhand, I would say that it should be sealed. Did you buy it from a store or from a private person. Get in touch with whomever you got it from and tell them your concerns. If it is from a store, I am sure they will take it back. The question I would ask you is does the Eye Mask cream look smooth or does it appear as if it has been used. Once someone uses something like that, it is difficult to hide the fact. But again, I repeat, if you are truly uncomfortable with the fact that it did not have a seal, you should bring it back. Another suggestion is to get in touch with the company through their web site.

I have never bought any, sorry. You might look around at stores that sell Mary Kay and see if their products include safety seals.
