Computer addictions can be very serious and unhealthy. The best way to overcome this addiction is to do it gradually. lets say you are on 6 hours a day, limit yourself to 5 hours a day untill that is enough. Then limit yoruself to 4 hours a day and so on.

What do you do online?
If you're just checking your email and updating some sites, that's fine. If you're spending hours, ehhh. When you get the urge to go online, set a timer for 30 minutes, then when the time is up, if you're still bored, call a friend, go outside, write a letter, play board games, play video games, or anything other than the computer. The computer isn't the only fun thing!

Computer addiction is a serious illness....LOL well I suggest finding something better to do with your time. if your worried about your health get a puppy that will bother you night and day to go out for walks or to play fetch, or find a big fat rubber band that wont cut off circulation and put it around your arm, every time you find yourself spending to much time on the computer pull it back real far and give your self a smack then turn off the computer and walk away. there are probably lots of online help communities to help you with this problem you might want to check out......or.....get a life, that’s something on MY to do list as well

Ok lets analysis...
In a day .. this is average time,
prolly from 9 - 5 ur busy wit work or school..
from 5.30 to 11.30 ur on internet or doin someting wit ur computer...
Y dont u work out or play (Outdoor games) someting in the evening, go to gym? go shopping? take ur dog out for a long walk...
3 hrs a day on a computer apart from ur regular work schedule is much better for any one...
