What % of Junior B players go on to play Junior A? in the united states, all tiers included, how about canada?

Between 1980 and 1995, the number was 6%.

Between 1980 and 1995, the 4 major Junior B (now known as Tier 2 Junior A) leagues in Ontario sent 81% of their players to the NCAA (all divisions).

Most players have to choose a stream at age 15/16 to follow. If you have any dreams of getting a University scholarship, you choose Tier 2 Junior A. If you think you have what it takes to play in the NHL at 18, you take Junior A.

Scotty Bowman was on the Hawks telecast this evening and he was speaking about how much better the NCAA is than the Canadian juniors. (Scott's son Stan is Chicago's Assistant GM).
