It means she thinks you're a nice guy but she can't jump into a relationship with you because she's in a relationship with another nice guy.
I think you should also interpret it as this:- any girl would be lucky to know you once you treat her right.

I can only think that maybe she has already met someone , and was
probably wishing she would have met you sooner. But there is no
reason for you to quit talking to her.

It might have worked between you , if she had met you before, however she now has someone else she cares for.
