I seem to be having a period later than the last one. For example, if I have a period on the 16th, the next month will be the 21st, and then the next one will be the 31st.
I have been tracking my ovulation by using ovulation test strips. I know that I have actually been having ovulating further into my cycle more and more every month. I used to ovulate day 18, then it became day 20, last month was day 24 and this month has been day 26.
My luetal phase is always 14 days. So, that is why my period is coming around further and further into the month.
But why am I ovulating further and further into the month? Any good explanation or theories?

Sometimes a hormone imbalance can be the cause of this. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
