A person who verbally beats a person with endless digs, denigrations, insults and other verbiage to depress and demean

It's used as a signal in kinetics. When a person squeezes their eye brows towards the center. they are showing dissatisfaction. I think browbeating is worse than words. If a person raises their eyebrows it's surprise.
