Very few people ever retain their full given name, most end up with a cut down version (Edward=Ed) or a variation (Robert=Bob). So I would stop and think about about what these names will end up as:
Tommy... Tommy or Tom
Jessie... Jess
Raj..... Raj, Raji, (or smart A's may use Rajah etc)
Lucas..... lucas or Luke
Braydon.... Brady, Bray, Braydon
I like Tommy best, Jessie sounds like a girl, Raj is ok if you are of indian descent but other wise may attract unwelcome attention from school bullies who just love to pick on the things that set people apart from others. Braydon doesnt have a sensible short form and Lucas is a bit that way too so I am not a fan of those.
The second thing to consider is your last name and whether the names sound ok together.
Finally one thing some people dont think about is the initials. Some unfortunate people have initials that spell something umpleasant or sound a bit off. A couple of examples that I can quote are E.E.L / F.A.T / P.O. R-K / P.O.O (Pork became Poo when they married and never lived that one down). Think about how people play with words.... I-Ball = Eyeball for instance..... so check that the first initial combined with the last name wont sound like something it shouldnt. I know some one whoose first initial is "P" and combined with their last name sounds exactly like a male "organ"- they constantly cop bad jokes about it.

Tommy if it is spelled Thomas and Tommy for a nickname
Jessie is the girl spelling. You would want Jesse for a boy.
Raj is an east Indian name, as in India.
Lucas sounds good, also Luke, a healer in the Bible.
Braydon sounds ok except that 'bray'is what a donkey does.
Probably a lot of people wont know that, though, so use it if you like it.

Tommy - I hope you're planning that as a nickname for Thomas... Tommy's fine until the guy is an adult; he won't want to be putting that on legal documents and such.
Jessie - same as above.
Braydon - Very overused these days. There will be at least 5 other Braydons in his class.
