You most likely will not get pregnant, but the best thing is to stay on the pill and use a condom with spermicide. Plus, if you don't want a baby, you should use a condom with spermicide anyways, because even if you trust your partner, you can never be absolutely sure that he's not sleeping around, and giving you a disease.( I'm not trying to be mean or anything, please don't take it that way, it's better to be safe than sorry.)

If you use the pill as directed, by not missing any pills and taking it at the same time every day, the pill is about 98% effective. Meaning that 2 out of every 100 women that use the pill properly will get pregnant each year. It is very reliable, but nothing is perfect. For those that don't use the pill exactly as directed, the failure rate is much higher..

Specific things could contradict the pill or make it less potent.
1. Certain drugs... I know for a fact diflucan ( not sure if spelled right) is on the list for that. I checked when I was prescribed.
2. Some antibiotics, but not all of them.
3. Diarrhea
If you ever have any concern because your sick or worried, just use a condom also to be on the safe side.

There's a chance, but the chances are higher that nothing will happen. Especially considering that you've been a loyal BC pill-popper for 2 years now, you should be free from any babies while you're on it.
Just be sure to remember that some medications, such as antibiotics, can cancel out the birth control.

I'm due in June with my pill baby! I took it for 6 years, every day (even the inactive pills) at the same time.
If you get pregnant on the pill, it just means it was meant to happen.
