Hi Suzi. You got me there, I don't know anything about the meat markets in the USA or Italy, but the French have a good meat market. Bur I would never buy from them as I don't often eat meat, Best wishes Peter

what kind of "meat" are we talking about ? Steak, or lamb chops ?
