I mean , I'm going to have a History final and I like Hisory and all, but today, as i reviewed, I found that I forgot many things... I'm worried and I feel dumb for that.... Is this normal?

Well, this is the reason you're reviewing isn't it?

The thing about students is that they are usually taking more than one class in a semester. Unfortunately, it seems some faculty forget that.

Concentrate on the material required for the exam, go over the material you've forgotten again, so you'll retain it more easily.

Forgetting is perfectly normal. There is a lot of information to retain, so some of it will slip away.

Just review and take it easy. Try to get enough sleep before the test. When I was an undergrad, there was usually a whole crowd of us, going over our notes one last time in the hallway before the test started.

No, don't worry...you are not dumb, so don't feel that way. As william said, just concentrate on the material and review it. If you would prefer, skim your notes beforehand to stimulate your memory, then begin to review/memorize them.

For future reference, after you have a class (any class) review what was discussed in class (ie. read over your notes, write a summary of what the class was about) for 15 minutes as soon as possible...preferably when you get home from school. Then spend about a half hour (or as long as it takes) reviewing what was discussed during the whole week's class on your weekend. I know that seems like a loss of time, but you'll find it easier to remember things once you're studying for a midterm or final. Remember to have a highlighter handy while you're reviewing your notes. Doing this will be less stressful than trying to remember so much information right before an exam, because at least the info will be familiar to you already.

Don't panic, just take deep breaths and relax. You can do this :) Good luck!

Hmmm, maybe you'd be better off studying instead of wasting valuable timer here.

In a few years you won't remember any of it. Just do the best you can.
