I'm don't know about cars.(Noob)
Can I change by my self, the radiator coolant system?
If i could, please tell me details and please be specific. Thank you.

You mean the anti-freeze? There's a drain on the bottom of the radiator. Open it up, let it run into a pan. Stick a hose into the top and let it run, till the water is clean. Shut the drain, put in antifreeze,(at least 1/2 coolant) start it and let it run slow. Keep adding until it's full. Done.

The best way to learn is to take a trip to your local auto parts store and purchase a sevice manuel on your specific vehicle such as: Hayse, chiltons, etc. It's like having a mechanic there to walk you through the process on any and every mechanical repair on your vehicle.
